Return & Exchange Policy

  •   Return & exchange could only be made if goods been delivered is not as customer’s order related to sizing, wrong article, and color problem
  •   Return & exchange could only be made only if the required item is still available
  •   Return & exchange could only be made by sending us an e-mail to marketing@misterjiro.com within 2x24 hours after goods been received by customer

  •   Return & exchange could not be made for the following conditions:
    •   Any personal reasons (sudden uncomfortable wearing, customer’s dislike of the real item after fitting, etc). Size and color guide has been given and customers are responsible to measure their own size
    •   Any defect on the product
    •   Any damage on the brand’s label
    •   The product is already been used and washed
